Marketer

Restoration Industry Marketer Job In Santa Clara

Responsibility:
We are the fastest growing Disaster Restoration Company in the Bay Area. RPI is looking for candidates to market our brand. We specialize in commercial and large residential losses. Only serious, qualified applicants will be considered. Our mission is to build volume above $1 million per month, this is a great time to get in early with RPI. (Ryan has trained a large part of the restoration industry in the South Bay Area. Old teammates and colleagues are encouraged to apply.)
Duties:

  • Calls on existing and potential referral sources.
  • Maintains confidentiality of information as required by state/federal regulations and company policy.
  • Organizes, outlines, and maintains a well-defined call cycle.
  • Maintains precise and accurate records of daily and weekly activities and referral profiles.
  • Works collaboratively with Corporate Communications on the creation of various marketing tools including brochures, videos, exhibit displays, press releases and advertising through Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
  • Performs community activities promoting RPI and our brand.
  • Performs periodic market analysis, identifies and targets new and existing services, and updates management regarding activities, opportunities, and market changes/conditions.
  • Responsible for calling on and developing relationships with potential referral sources within the metro area and within rural areas.
  • Responsible for attending industry meetings and tradeshows.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Flexibility in traveling daily
  • Must have valid driver’s license and a clean DMV record
  • Experience in Restoration, Insurance, Autobody, Construction and/or Cold Calling a plus but not required
  • Must pass criminal background check & drug testing
  • Have existing contacts with the Insurance adjusters/agents/General Contractors /property management companies for possible future business leads is a plus.

Estimator

Responsibility:

We are the fastest growing Disaster Restoration Company in the Bay Area. RPI is looking for ideal candidates to run Mid to Large Losses. This includes meeting with Insured’s, writing a detailed estimate using Xactimate, follow up with customers, logging notes into the system, meeting deadlines, etc. Having your own book of business or an aggressive attitude to respond/ chase fires and floods is mandatory for this position. We specialize in both commercial and large residential losses. If you have the experience in property restoration and knowledge with the Xactimate estimating system, send us your resume and let us know how you could fit into our organization. WORK HISTORY & EXPERIENCE:

Experience and field work can include:

  • restoration worker, project supervisor, estimator, inspector, restoration company manager, Insurance Adjuster/Agents.
  • Must be detail oriented, self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proficient in estimating software, Xactimate
  • 5+ years working with Insurance Adjusters is a plus

DUTIES:

  • Generate profitable and competitive estimates utilizing Xactimate program.
  • Have complete knowledge of all insurance procedures and requirements.
  • Ability to supervise multiple projects at a time.
  • Maintain project budget.
  • Review & prepare contract/documents and maintain deadlines regarding return of required documentation to the office and insurance company.
  • Coordinates with homeowners, sub-contractors and project coordinator until job completion.
  • Responsible to see each project from start to finish, ensuring the customer is completely satisfied, trouble shooting along the way as needed.
  • Market Adjusters, Property Managers and Respond to fire and water damage leads for repeat and existing business.
