Ryan Peacock, CEO
Ryan Peacock is the leader in the founding family of Ryan Peacock, Inc. A dynamic and creative leader, Ryan personifies the entrepreneurial spirit that is the hallmark of RPI.Through his participation in every role within his companies, RPI and EasyClaim Software, Inc., Ryan has developed proven expertise within the restoration industry. He is a “hands on” individual, who prides himself on being readily accessible to each and every project.

Tristan Moerman, COO
Tristan Moerman is the no.2 employee and Chief Operating Officer at RPI. In addition to project management and estimating, Tristan’s is responsible for team development and engagement, training, and streamlining procedures.
Tristan has his Associates Degree in Applied Science and Business along with 11 years of experience in the restoration industry. In his free time, he enjoys participating in off-road racing, dirt bike riding and off shore fishing.

Manny Goree, Project Manager
Manny Goree joins RPI with 5 years’ experience in the Service Industry. He is an integral part of RPI’s core and supports our Project Management Operations team. Manny is an avid Fisherman, a Vans Shoes fanatic, and a family man.
Manny was born and raised in San Jose, and graduated from WyoTech, Fremont in 2011, with a specialty in HVAC.

Morgan Bess, Human Resources
Morgan has been in the construction industry for 5+ years. She came to RPI with a strong HR & administrative background. Morgan is an enthusiastic key player of RPI’s team. Her main roles of recruiting and retaining top talent, and managing the front office are crucial to the company’s success.
Morgan went to CSU Chico where she studied Recreation with a focus in Hospitality Management. She enjoys spending time with her family, working out and anything outdoors.

Tara Betz, Executive Assistant
Tara brings with her to RPI over 10 years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry. Previously as a Sales Manager with Fairmont Hotels, Tara earned the Fairmont Master’s recognition 2 years in a row, achieving over 125% of her Sales goal.  Tara serves RPI as support for both Sales and Operations teams, driving sales and customer service goals.
Tara graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a Bachelor’s of Science in Hospitality, and resides in Santa Clara, with her fiancé, daughter and two dogs.
