Special Rigging Services
RPI can provide parts purification, single device purification, and full wafer fab decommissioning, consisting of assessment and/or purification of all equipment and devices. Generally, the series of purification process services can consist of:
- Equipment contamination analysis
- De-installation of all tools and tools
- Equipment purification
- Rigging of equipment from within the cleanroom
- Rigging, crating as well as transportation of tools
- Field devices cleansing and also purification
- Complete center purification to recover 4-wall setup or partial purification as requested.
RPI has particular experience in the purification of both “front-end” and “back-end” semiconductor devices. Using different strategies such as gas detection and surface clean sample analysis, RPI can determine the contamination source and do decontamination procedures to eliminate harmful contaminants from tools and devices.
RPI can assess and begin purification treatments of the semiconductor equipment before moving and give documentation that states the condition of the devices to freight forwarders, transport regulatory authorities, and the celebration obtaining the devices.RPI
